Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

ArcProof is committed to making learning accessible to everyone, including learners with disabilities. We design and test against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, Section 508 (Revised), and EN 301 549, and we align with the European Accessibility Act (EAA) effective June 2025.

Conformance Status

Partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. Most content meets the standard; known gaps are tracked and remediated on a quarterly cadence.

• Keyboard-only navigation across all primary flows
• Skip-to-content link and ARIA landmarks on every page
• Visible focus states, 4.5:1 minimum text contrast
• Alt text on meaningful images; decorative images marked aria-hidden
• Captions and transcripts for media content (when present)
• Screen reader tested with NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver
• Reduced-motion preference respected

Known Limitations

• Some interactive diagrams and concept maps have descriptive text alternatives but limited keyboard interaction. A linear list view is provided as a fallback.
• AI-generated explanations may occasionally produce structures (e.g., nested tables) not optimized for all assistive tech. Report any instance and we will fix it.

VPAT 2.5

A VPAT 2.5 (Accessibility Conformance Report) is in progress and not yet published. Procurement teams can request its current status through the Trust Center. Request via trust@skilluparc.com.
