ArcProof Publishes The ArcProof Verification Framework, an Open Methodology for Evidence Based Skill Verification

ArcProof, a skill verification platform operated by SkillUpArc LLC, today published The ArcProof Verification Framework, Version 1.0. The framework sets out, in public, the methodology ArcProof uses to define a capability, elicit evidence of it through performance based tasks, and score that evidence against fixed criterion referenced rubrics.
The document is authored by the ArcProof Research Institute, a research initiative of SkillUpArc LLC. It is published in full, including its stated limitations, so that institutional buyers, employers and researchers can examine the reasoning behind an ArcProof credential rather than take it on trust.
The framework describes four stages. The first three cover capability definition, evidence elicitation and criterion referenced scoring, and are in use today. The fourth stage, predictive validity, requires longitudinal outcome data; ArcProof does not yet claim established predictive validity and reports outcome evidence with its sample size and limits as it accrues.
Rubric weightings, anti gaming logic and scoring mechanics remain proprietary. Publishing the method without publishing the answer key is deliberate: a verification instrument that can be reverse engineered stops being a verification instrument.
