    Acceptable Use Policy

    Effective Date: March 13, 2026 · Last Updated: March 13, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules and expectations for using ArcProof. It is designed to protect the integrity of our platform, the quality of skill verification, and the safety of our community. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

    1. Academic Integrity

ArcProof's value depends on authentic skill verification. You agree to:

    • Submit your own work. All assessment responses, capstone projects, and submissions must represent your own authentic effort.
    • Not plagiarize. Do not copy, paraphrase without attribution, or present others' work as your own.
    • Not cheat. Do not use unauthorized aids, share assessment questions or answers, or collude with others on individual assessments.
    • Use AI appropriately. AI mentor guidance is for learning and coaching. Copying AI outputs directly and submitting them as your own work is a violation.
    • Not misrepresent credentials. Do not falsify, alter, or misrepresent skill scores, credentials, or certificates issued by the Platform.

Consequences: Academic integrity violations may result in score invalidation, credential revocation, and permanent account termination.

    2. Prohibited Conduct

    You agree NOT to:

    • • Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to any third party
    • • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or manipulate the system
    • • Harass, threaten, bully, or discriminate against other users
    • • Post content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or promotes violence
    • • Impersonate any person, organization, or entity
    • • Upload content containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
    • • Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Platform or its infrastructure
    • • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, accounts, or data
    • • Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law

    3. Anti-Automation & Bot Prevention

To protect assessment integrity and platform security, the following are prohibited:

    • • Using automated bots, scripts, crawlers, or scraping tools to access the Service
    • • Using automation to complete assessments, generate submissions, or interact with the AI mentor
    • • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract AI model behavior or parameters
    • • Using the Service or its outputs to train, develop, or improve competing AI models or products
    • • Bypassing or circumventing rate limits, access controls, or security measures

We deploy automated detection systems to identify bot activity and unauthorized automation. Detected violations are logged and may result in immediate account suspension.

    4. Content Standards

All content submitted to the Platform — including forum posts, submissions, and profile information — must comply with the following standards:

    • • Be accurate, honest, and not intentionally misleading
    • • Not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
    • • Not contain personally identifiable information of others without consent
    • • Not promote illegal activities, fraud, or deception
    • • Not contain spam, unsolicited promotions, or commercial advertising
    • • Not include content that sexualizes minors or promotes exploitation

Content may be moderated using a combination of AI-based analysis and human review. See our User Content Policy for details on content processing and removal.

    5. Platform Content & Intellectual Property

All course content, AI systems, platform design, user interfaces, logos, and trademarks on ArcProof are owned by SkillUpArc LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company. You agree NOT to:

    • • Record, screenshot, or otherwise capture course content for distribution
    • • Remove or alter copyright notices, watermarks, or attribution
    • • Use ArcProof's name, logo, or trademarks without written permission

    6. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

ArcProof employs technical and organizational measures to detect and prevent fraud, including:

    • • Behavioral analysis during assessments to detect potential automation
    • • Bot detection and rate limiting on all platform endpoints
    • • Content fingerprinting to identify duplicate or plagiarized submissions
    • • Audit logging of administrative and suspicious activities

If you are flagged for suspicious activity, you will be notified and given an opportunity to respond before any permanent action is taken, except in cases of clear and serious abuse.

    7. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it to:

We investigate all reports promptly and take appropriate action. Good-faith reporters are protected from retaliation.

    8. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, depending on severity:

    • • Warning notification
    • • Content removal
    • • Score or credential invalidation
    • • Temporary account suspension

We apply enforcement proportionally and provide notice and an opportunity to appeal, except in cases of serious or immediate harm.
