Most training dashboards report attendance, completion, and satisfaction. A competency dashboard answers a harder question: which people have actually demonstrated which capabilities, on what evidence, and how was that judged.
This page explains what belongs in a competency dashboard and states plainly which parts ArcProof provides today.
Which competencies a program claims to develop, and which of those have been independently assessed rather than only taught.
For each participant, the specific work product or assessment response that supports each competency claim, retrievable by identifier.
How each score was produced: which rubric version, when, and whether the scoring happened independently of instruction.
Whether a credential is currently active, expired, or revoked, and whether its integrity record still matches.
Participants with missing evidence, incomplete assessments, or unverified claims, so the gaps are visible before an auditor finds them.
The same records in a form a funder or auditor can read without access to your learning system.

ArcProof is the independent verification layer, not your system of record. It supplies the competency evidence your reporting system cites.
A competency dashboard is a single view showing which competencies a group of people have demonstrated, what evidence supports each demonstration, and how each judgment was scored. It differs from a completion dashboard, which only reports whether someone finished a course.
Completion records show that instruction was consumed. They do not show that the person can do the work. Funders and auditors increasingly ask for evidence of demonstrated competency, which completion data cannot supply.
Three properties: the assessment is independent of the instruction, the scoring method is consistent and documented, and each individual record can be traced back to the underlying evidence.
